Hi, I’m Tinashe Gondokondo ACMA, CGMA, CAIA

I am a Structuring, Modeling and Analytics Professional, with experience in Investment Banking and Accounting. I also qualified as a Chartered Management Accountant and am a Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst Charter holder.

My experience is predominantly Pan African, and covers many sectors including: Infrastructure Financing, Advertising, Manufacturing, Retail, Real Estate, Municipalities, Utilities (Water, Power, Telecoms), Transport projects, PPPs.

I build, audit and review financial models, and structure different kinds of deals and can quickly assess merits of deals. In the process I ensure that credible assessments are done before capital is deployed in projects and ventures.

My hope is that I can impart what I have learned over the years to other keen professionals and hopefully the deal making experience will be less chaotic and capital will be efficiently deployed to deserving ventures.

A model that is coherent, that can easily be manipulated from one place, enables one to focus on structuring the deal. After finishing this course you will have gained valuable skills that lead to quick execution of deals which have adequate risk mitigation or dropping those that are not viable.

I have worked for a Power Company and several Financial Institutions including three Development Finance Institutions.

The views in the course are my own are not related to my current employer..
